Delhi ke Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport par Friday subah ek technical glitch ke baad flight operations mein bhari deri dekhne ko mili. Air Traffic Control (ATC) system mein issue aane ke baad 100 se zyada flights delay ho gayi.

Delhi Airport ne turant ek advisory jari karte hue kaha ki unki team sab stakeholders ke saath milkar issue ko jaldi se fix karne par kaam kar rahi hai. “ATC system mein technical issue ke karan flight operations delay ho rahe hain. Passengers apni respective airlines se contact mein rahein for latest flight updates. Hum inconvenience ke liye khed vyakt karte hain,” airport ne statement mein kaha.

Sources ke mutabik, problem Automatic Message Switching System (AMSS) mein hui, jo Auto Track System (ATS) ko flight plan data provide karta hai. Is glitch ke chalte flight scheduling aur clearance mein delay hua.

Airlines Ne Passengers Ko Alert Kiya

ATC congestion ke baad airlines ne bhi apne passengers ko alert kar diya.SpiceJet ne kaha, “Delhi ATC congestion ke karan departures aur arrivals dono delay ho sakte hain. Passengers apne flight status par nazar rakhein.”IndiGo ne bhi X (Twitter) par post kiya, “ATC technical glitch ke karan Delhi airport aur north India ke kai regions mein flight operations impact ho rahe hain.”Air India ne confirm kiya ki “ATC system ke issue ke chalte sab airlines ke operations delay ho rahe hain, jis se passengers ko zyada wait time face karna pad raha hai.”

Air India Ki Check-In System Mein Bhi Problem Aayi Thi

Ye incident tab hua jab sirf do din pehle Air India ke check-in systems bhi Delhi aur kai anya airports par technical issue se guzre the. Ye problem ek third-party connectivity network issue ke karan hui thi, jo lagbhag ek ghante tak chali.

Air India ne X par post karte hue kaha, “Third-party connectivity issue ke chalte kuch airports par check-in systems temporarily down the, jis se flights delay hui. Ab system restore ho gaya hai.”

PTI ke report ke mutabik, ye disruption desh ke kai domestic terminals par dekha gaya, jahan check-in process temporarily ruk gaya tha. Delhi ke Terminal 2 aur 3 par systems around 3:40 PM se 4:50 PM tak non-functional rahe.

Air India ne Friday ke liye travel kar rahe passengers ko advise diya ki wo apni flight status pehle hi website par check kar lein aur check-in aur boarding ke liye extra time consider karein.

By evening, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) ne confirm kiya ki “sab systems normal ho gaye hain” aur ab passengers apne travel plans normal tarike se continue kar sakte hain.
