Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Kickstarts ₹2,330 Crore Vikas Yojna in Gopalganj & Vaishali

Gopalganj mein ₹1,585.59 crore ke major infrastructure projects ka shubharambh hua, jisme rail overbridge aur bypass road shamil hain. Vaishali ko ₹744.85 crore ke drainage, power aur infra schemes mile.

Patna, Sep 28: Bihar ke Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ne Sunday ko Gopalganj aur Vaishali districts ke liye ₹2,330 crore ke development projects launch kiye. Ye bada announcement assembly elections se pehle hua, jisse dono districts ke vikas ko boost milega.


Gopalganj ke Sabeya Airport Maidan mein ₹1,585.59 crore ke projects ka udghatan kiya gaya. Government ke statement ke hisaab se, 124 naye schemes (₹1,295.85 crore) ka foundation stone rakha gaya aur 61 projects (₹289.74 crore) ko officially inaugurate kiya gaya.


Sabse bada project ek 3.18-km two-lane rail overbridge with approach roads at Mirganj Bypass hai, jiska estimated cost ₹131.38 crore hoga. CM ne isse Pragati Yatra ke dauran ki gayi commitment ka fulfilment bataya. Saath hi, ek 12.6-km Gopalganj Bypass Road (₹126.54 crore) bhi sanction hua hai.


Vaishali ke Goraul Degree College mein ₹744.85 crore ke projects launch hue. Yahan Hajipur Nagar Parishad ke liye stormwater drainage system (₹129 crore), Energy Department ke under 4 power projects worth ₹181.78 crore, aur library, sports ground aur infra facilities worth ₹122.14 crore shuru kiye gaye.


Event ke dauran Nitish Kumar ne ‘Jeevika Didis’ (women SHG members) se bhi mulaqat ki aur unke kaam ki tareef ki. Unhone kaha – “2005 mein humne self-help groups ko badhawa diya. Aaj aap log society ke upliftment mein bahut bada yogdan de rahi ho.”


Beneficiaries ne CM ka shukriya ada kiya, batate hue ki unhe pension hikes, honorarium increment aur free 125 units electricity ka benefit mil raha hai. Vaishali mein bhi Nitish ne Didis ko motivate karte hue bola – “Samaj ke sabhi sections milkar chalenge to Bihar tez gati se aage badega.”
